Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Benefits Administrator to provide temporary support to its Benefits team. This role will focus on day-to-day benefits administration, processing transactions, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with employee benefit programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with data, invoices, and benefits-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs and related HR initiatives.
  • Process benefit-related transactions, reimbursements, invoices, and billing activities.
  • Assist with programs such as tuition reimbursement, wellness incentives, leave-related benefits, and other employee support programs.
  • Partner with benefit vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing.
  • Review and maintain benefits records while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
  • Respond to employee and HR inquiries regarding benefits and related programs.
  • Support compliance efforts and help ensure adherence to applicable benefits regulations and policies.
  • Assist with open enrollment, communications, and other benefits initiatives as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Benefits team on special projects and departmental priorities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of benefits, HR, payroll, or related administrative experience preferred.
  • Understanding of employee benefits administration and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and financial transactions.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
