Recruiter

A leading professional services organization is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative across multiple business functions. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting experienced professionals within technical and specialized skill areas while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for professional and technical positions.
• Manage multiple open requisitions and maintain hiring pipelines to meet business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Build and maintain talent networks through market research and relationship building.
• Track recruiting activity and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to help improve recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Prior experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, staffing/recruiting agencies, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related roles strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Schedule & Location

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after onboarding.
• Initial training period may require 4-5 days per week in the office.
• Located in Chicago’s River North area.
