Our client, a professional services firm is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional white-glove service to clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls, conference room scheduling, catering, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate mail, packages, courier services, and office facilities requests
- Maintain the appearance and organization of reception, conference rooms, and common areas
- Prepare correspondence, process invoices, and support day-to-day office operations
- Assist with office supplies, purchasing, and administrative projects
About You:
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience; professional services or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive, team-focused attitude
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temp-to-Perm
- Temp Pay: $21-$23/hr
- Permanent Salary: $50K-$53K
- Fully onsite in Washington, DC
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Occasional weekend overtime as needed
