Our client, a professional services firm is seeking a Event Technology Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of virtual, hybrid, and in-person training events, including planning, production, execution, and post-event follow-up
- Manage event logistics including Zoom webinar setup, speaker coordination, attendee communications, AV support, registration tracking, and continuing education requirements
- Serve as the lead moderator and technical host for virtual events, ensuring a seamless attendee experience
- Create and proof event materials, presentations, surveys, and training resources while maintaining accurate event records and expense tracking
- Support event process improvements and occasionally travel to assist with off-site events
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2+ years of virtual event planning or event production experience, preferably within professional services, legal, consulting, or association environments
- Hands-on experience with Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinar, and virtual event production required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:

- $25-$30/hr
- Permanent Salary: $55K-$70K + bonus eligibility
