Our client, a luxury watch manufacturer and distributor located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a LTT Parts and Service Coordinator to join their team for a six-month commitment with potential to extend. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate on a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thrus on-site, Fri remote) between the hours of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM daily. Compensation is $30/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully, responding promptly, and providing clear, personalized solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer, repair, and parts orders from receipt and estimate preparation through fulfillment, shipment, and invoicing.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and regions, taking ownership of requests through resolution or escalation.
- Communicate accurate, timely information regarding warranties, repairs, parts availability, pricing, approvals, specifications, troubleshooting, and watch-setting instructions.
- Proactively update customers on open requests, backorders, delays, completion dates, and shipment status.
- Enter and maintain accurate order and customer information in SAP and other systems.
- Monitor orders, repair queues, and delivery schedules and resolve issues relating to service, billing, shipments, and customer concerns.
- Partner with Sales, Service, Parts, Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain complete records and correspondence while adhering to policies and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Strong customer service skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience creating and working with reports and spreadsheets
- ERP experience required, SAP experience preferred
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
