Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Administrator to support the Chief of Staff of a leading global law firm. This is a strategic executive support role that goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, requiring someone who can act as a true business partner, anticipate needs, manage priorities, and help drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a senior executive operating at the highest levels of the organization. Hours are generally 9:30am-6:00pm, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote with flexibility as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive support to the Chief of Staff
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and executive time management
- Coordinate meetings across senior leadership, practice groups, and business functions
- Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, meeting summaries, and follow-up action items
- Review upcoming priorities and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or preparation needs
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted resource to the Chief of Staff
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics
- Process expenses, administrative reporting, and executive documentation
- Facilitate communication and relationship management across senior stakeholders
- Support strategic projects, operational initiatives, and executive priorities
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing business initiatives
- Help streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting a Chief of Staff, CEO, President, Partner, C-suite executive, or senior leadership team strongly preferred
- Professional services, legal, consulting, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Exceptional calendar management and executive scheduling expertise
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with sound business judgment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $130K-$160K base salary + bonus opportunity
