Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization based in Plainsboro, NJ, is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to support the execution, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This individual will work closely with brand teams, marketing operations, data partners, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are launched effectively, measured accurately, and continuously improved through data-driven insights.
About the Job:
- Support the tactical execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, web, paid media, and field channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, omnichannel operations, data analytics, and agency partners, to ensure timely campaign deployment.
- Assist with campaign launch preparation, including asset management, quality assurance testing, tagging validation, and platform readiness checks.
- Monitor campaign status and ensure measurement and tracking capabilities are functioning properly across all channels.
- Maintain campaign documentation, governance processes, and measurement standards across multiple brands.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, uncover optimization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support testing initiatives designed to improve engagement, channel effectiveness, and overall campaign performance.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, campaign execution, marketing analytics, or a related function.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences marketing environments preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Veeva.
- Experience developing KPIs, measurement frameworks, and campaign performance metrics.
This hybrid opportunity in Plainsboro, NJ offers hourly compensation up to $65.00, commisserate with experience. This is a two year contracted opportunity, and is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with strong analytical skills and experience supporting digital campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.
