Our client, a well-established heathcare organization, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract opportunity through April (potential to be extended based on business needs)
- Pay: $32.00-$37.40/hour based on experience
- Hybrid schedule in Whippany, NJ (Mondays & Fridays from home)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
About The Job:
- Support compensation programs, salary administration, and annual compensation planning activities.
- Perform compensation analysis, reporting, and workforce-related data reviews to support business decisions.
- Maintain and support compensation processes within the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with job evaluations, market comparisons, salary structure reviews, and compensation-related projects.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide insights, recommendations, and operational support related to compensation programs.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, compensation analysis, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with compensation data, reporting, and workforce metrics.
- Experience working within an HRIS platform.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
