Our client, a well-established company in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team!
About The Position:
- Salary: $55K – $65K + Benefits
- Contract to Permanent opportunity
- Monday through Friday daylight hours (hybrid flexibility after training)
- Start Date: 1-2 weeks (ASAP)
About The Job:
- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and recommend qualified candidates.
- Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, and recruiting activities.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, calendars, and interview coordination.
About You:
- 1+ year experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related area.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems or similar databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills
