Our client, a television network in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary Administrative Coordinator to support their VPs and the department!
About the Job:
* Provide administrative support to two Vice Presidents and the department.
* Provide customer service to stations, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
* Manage, draft, and edit agreements, correspondence, and other documents.
* Coordinate calendars, make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and manage office supplies/equipment.
* Provide support and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
About You:
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience are required.
* 2+ years of Administrative Experience (EA experience or experience supporting multiple people is a strong plus).
* Strong skills in MS Office/MS Office 360 (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
* Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
* $23/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 6 months with a potential to extend.
* Hours are 9am-5pm.
* 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
