Our client, a boutique private equity firm, is looking for a Receptionist to join their team! In this position, you will be in charge of managing the main reception area, greeting and directing visitors and providing workplace assistance as needed. Tis role is ideal for a candidate seeking a fast paced environment with room to grow!
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls
- Open/close reception area daily and maintain its appearance throughout the day
- Input visitors into building security system and greet guests in a friendly manner
- Maintain conference rooms, book meetings, and assist with set up of A/V equipment and video conferences
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Serve as a backup for booking travel arrangements and process expense reports
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of administrative or guest services experience within professional services
- Prior experience coordinating travel arrangements preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and take direction
