Our client, a global organization, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner supporting business leaders across a large, complex organization
- Lead leadership discussions, provide guidance on workforce planning, and support organizational strategy
- Partner on talent management initiatives including performance management, promotions, and internal mobility
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts
- Analyze compensation data and workforce metrics to inform decision-making
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters and help navigate complex conversations
- Collaborate with teams on learning & development initiatives and employee experience improvements
- Support and guide management of a workforce of 300+ employees
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience required
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills, including compensation analysis and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Union or guild experience is a plus
About The Position:
- Contract-to-hire
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Schedule: 4 days/week onsite

- $60-$66/hr while on contract
- Permanent Salary: $135K-$160K + 15% bonus
