Schedule: 8am-5pm (fully onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings and office supplies.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
