About the Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings and office supplies.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
