Marketing and Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales proposals for Sales Consultants.
- Process sales New Starts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Complete Vendor Setup paperwork when requested.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (e.g., Zoho).
- Continually update Referrals and Testimonials ensuring that they are accurate and up to date.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as Monday Sales Meeting agenda, Lead Tracker/Appointment Tracker, etc
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate and timely information.
- Help Sales Management with New Hire setup.
- Order Sales Marketing supplies
- Be up to date on Brand standards (e.g., Updated logos, approved colors, etc)
- Create visually stimulating Welcome signs for Guests, while updating Lobby TV with new videos when they are available.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
