Our client, global information and technology company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Partner with business leaders to execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business performance
- Deliver talent management solutions, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
- Provide guidance on employee and labor relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Support compensation planning and performance review processes
- Collaborate with HR specialists and internal stakeholders to provide integrated HR support and solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR policies, practices, and organizational initiatives
- Help drive employee engagement, talent retention, and workforce planning efforts
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior HR Business Partner capacity
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and performance management
- Experience partnering with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies
- Knowledge of compensation, succession planning, and organizational development practices
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary assignment: 3-4 months
- $60-$69/hr
- 37.5-hour work week
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite
