Our client, a well-established organization supporting operations at an active worksite in Princeton, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Onsite Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for workforce badge distribution and data coordination. This individual will play a critical role in managing worker onboarding through RFID badge creation, troubleshooting basic tech issues, and ensuring accurate data handling in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working independently while assisting a high volume of employees.
About the Job:
- Create and distribute RFID badges for a large workforce, guiding individuals through a multi-step setup and badge printing process.
- Assist workers with downloading and navigating a mobile app, providing clear and patient instruction throughout the onboarding process.
- Review, enter, and update data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor when needed.
- Test and troubleshoot equipment including turnstiles and handheld devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain organized records and workflows while operating as the sole onsite representative for the company.
- Work in a trailer-based setup within an active job site, adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with workers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You:
- You have previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data handling and processing.
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, apps, and equipment quickly.
- You have excellent communication skills and are patient when assisting individuals with varying levels of technical ability.
- You are dependable and capable of working independently in an onsite environment.
- You have strong typing skills and can manage repetitive processes with consistency and focus.
- You are able to work in an active job site environment and are comfortable being on your feet as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity running from April 27, 2026 through October 30, 2026. The role is fully onsite in Princeton, NJ, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Compensation is $20/hour, and parking is available onsite.
