Our client, a rapidly growing production company, is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead enterprise-wide HR strategy and operations. This onsite leadership role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and is passionate about driving culture, performance, and organizational alignment across multiple locations.
This position is fully onsite in Fairless Hills, PA five days per week. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $150,000-$180,000 annually.
About the Job
- Oversee and lead all Human Resources functions across the organization, including employee relations, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations
- Manage and develop a team of HR leaders, including oversight of regional HR leadership and Payroll & Benefits
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, advising on HR policies, employee relations matters, and organizational initiatives
- Provide guidance and oversight on complex employee relations issues, including terminations and policy interpretation
- Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization, with direct involvement in senior-level hiring
- Ensure consistent execution of onboarding, training, and offboarding processes across all locations
- Partner with leadership to implement key HR initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including annual renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing administration
- Lead the development, refinement, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and governance programs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO, OSHA, MSHA, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including legal counsel, union representatives, insurance providers, and HR vendors
- Support a multi-site operation, including integration of new locations and alignment of HR practices across regions
- Conduct or support investigations when needed, including occasional travel for employee or workplace-related matters
About You
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development
- Proven experience leading and developing HR teams
- Experience working in high-growth organizations with both hourly and salaried workforces
- Exposure to union environments preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
