Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to support daily workplace operations and enhance the experience of employees and visitors within a professional office environment.

Assignment Details

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Parking: Free parking on site

Position Summary

The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for creating a welcoming and well-organized office environment by supporting meeting spaces, assisting with events, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors. This role ensures building spaces are properly maintained, conference rooms are prepared for use, and workplace services run smoothly throughout the day. The position is highly visible and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a hospitality-focused mindset.
