Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a rapidly growing legal technology company seeking a VP of Sales to drive business development efforts within the personal injury market. This a fully remote role.
This position is ideal for a candidate with established relationships among plaintiff-side law firms and a proven track record of generating revenue, building client partnerships, and growing market presence. The ideal candidate will come from a legal technology, legal services, or personal injury law firm background and bring a deep understanding of the plaintiff-side legal landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting personal injury law firms.
- Leverage existing relationships within the plaintiff-side legal community to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm decision-makers, including partners, firm administrators, and operational leaders.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client consultations.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and legal association meetings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Track pipeline activity and sales performance through CRM systems.

- Self-motivated approach with a strong drive to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Experience working with or selling to personal injury law firms.
- Prior experience with legal technology, legal software, legal services, or legal operations is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Compensation: Competitive base salary (anticipated range of $50,000-$60,000+, depending on experience) plus highly lucrative commission opportunities with significant earning potential.
