Our client, a consulting firm located in the heart of Boston, is searching for an Operations and Facilities Coordinator to manage a large and busy office space! In this role, the Coordinator will assist with a variety of projects related to contractors, project managers, designers, consultants, and more. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of relevant facilities and coordination experience.

- Responsibilities include maintaining office-related project updates, status reports and presentations, coordinating all stages of projects from scope, budget, and execution, responding to after-hours emergencies or issues as needed, assisting with quality control for facilities maintenance and repair, maintain vendor relations, and more.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in professional services, experience overseeing office-related planning, a familiarity with building systems and design principles, and ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, strong analytical ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, and possesses a customer service focus.
