Executive Assistant/Office Manager to $130K – Impressive Venture Capital Firm!
Our client, a venture capital firm in Boston, is seeking a motivated Executive Assistant/Office Manger to join their administrative team! In this role, the Executive Assistant/Office Manager is responsible for supporting two Partners and one VP and work closely with the administrative team on special projects and events. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting multiple executives.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing the Partner’s calendar and schedule, coordinating domestic and international travel, ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies, organizing and ordering team lunches, managing and tracking office-related expenses, maintaining the office environment, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and more.
- The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, strong calendar management and prioritization skills, possesses high attention to detail and follow through, and is a proven team player with a can-do attitude.
