Administrative Assistant to $70K – Hybrid Work Model Offered!
Our client, a privately held global economics firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Boston office! In this role, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the senior administrator team members, Principals, and the consulting staff with expense reports, travel, document and presentation preparation, and special projects. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of administrative support experience.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Responsibilities include preparing and submitting expense reports, scheduling and booking Principals’ travel, coordinating logistics for meetings, providing back-up support to the facilities team as needed, assisting with catering, distributing mail and packages, and purchasing snacks and supplies as needed.
- The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Office Suite, a strong ability to take initiative and ownership of projects, is self-motivated, and takes pride in working with a high-integrity organization.
