Our client, an impact investing firm, is seeking a Business Development Senior Associate to drive relationship development and lead generation initiatives. This multi-faceted role combines business development leadership with direct client engagement in the growing impact investing sector. The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of relationship experience in private wealth or charitable sectors.

- Responsibilities include leading business development coordination and pipeline management; researching and qualifying prospects including family offices, advisors, and foundations; managing Salesforce CRM tools and sales playbook; conducting outreach at conferences and industry events; developing client presentations and RFP responses; coordinating meetings between prospects and the business development team; and growing into direct account ownership with proposal development and relationship closing responsibilities.
