Our client, a boutique investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their team of investment professionals! This role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced leadership team in a collaborative environment while managing diverse administrative responsibilities. - Responsibilities include managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings; preparing PowerPoint presentations and expense reports using Concur software; coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries; organizing event logistics for annual meetings and corporate outings; distributing weekly staff meeting agendas; overseeing office operations including kitchen management and supply procurement; serving as tenant liaison for property management matters; and supporting special projects as directed by partners.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational and administrative abilities, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality, and proven experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively.
