This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across both the main firm and a smaller startup division. - Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling scheduling for both executives, organizing events for the firm and smaller startup, supporting special projects across both companies, and taking initiative to keep leadership organized and efficient.
- The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, previous C-suite support experience, a polished and professional demeanor, the ability to anticipate needs and work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
