Our client, a property management company, is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join their team in showcasing residential communities and driving occupancy through exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.

- Responsibilities include greeting prospective residents and conducting professional property tours; responding to leasing inquiries and guiding applicants through the application and lease signing process; maintaining prospect data using property management software; supporting resident events and retention strategies; assisting with marketing efforts and community outreach; and collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a professional appearance with a positive attitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, and the ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule.
