Administrative Assistant to $70K – Ensure Seamless Operations!
Our client, a boutique advisory firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming office environment. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of administrative, client-facing, and organizational tasks that keep the firm functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Responsibilities include managing phone reception and visitor greetings; coordinating calendars, appointments, and deadlines across the team; handling physical mail, shipments, and digital filing; assembling correspondence and legal documents; maintaining accurate data and organized common spaces; supporting staff with administrative tasks; arranging shipments and vendor communication; and taking detailed notes during meetings while assisting with general office operations.
- The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of office experience; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general communication tools; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client‑facing demeanor; the ability to solve practical problems and shift priorities; and sound judgment, reliability, and comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
