Business Development Manager to $125K – Mission-Driven Finance!
Our client, an impact investing firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue and scale their presence in private wealth. This role will report to the CEO and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing relationships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in financial services or private wealth management.

- Responsibilities include leading outbound campaigns to stakeholders; managing Salesforce CRM and pipeline forecasting; developing sales playbooks and refining messaging strategies; researching and qualifying leads; attending industry conferences across the U.S.; owning client relationships and driving them towards revenue goals; partnering with internal teams on presentations and proposals; and representing the company at speaking webinars.
- The ideal candidate possess 5+ years of financial services or private wealth management experience; a proven track record of exceeding sales targets; excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills; proficiency with Salesforce CRM and forecasting; a passion for mission-driven work; and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
