Our client, a respected institution, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive donor engagement and marketing initiatives! This role will manage all aspects of donor relationships including marketing campaigns and general communication, while optimizing technology platforms to enhance overall experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of marketing experience including Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.

- Responsibilities include creating and managing email marketing campaigns; maintaining website content and analytics; coordinating event marketing materials; overseeing donor communications and segmentation; managing marketing automation platforms; maintaining marketing resources and collateral; analyzing campaign performance and reporting; streamlining marketing processes; and supporting advancement team initiatives.
- The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, extensive Marketing Cloud and Salesforce experience, strong technical and project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
