Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to serve as the central point of contact for all administrative support and office operations for this boutique firm! This role combines front desk responsibilities with executive support, where demonstrated excellence opens doors to new projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative experience and thrives as a versatile, people-oriented professional.

- Responsibilities include greeting visitors and managing reception; coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for select team members; overseeing office management tasks such as supply ordering and conference room booking; and serving as the go-to resource for day-to-day administrative needs across the firm.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and multitasking abilities; polished communication and interpersonal skills; meticulous attention to detail; and a positive, can-do attitude! Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, CRM platforms, or website management software are a plus, enabling you to participate in additional projects based on capability and experience.
