Administrative Assistant to $85K!
Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their executive team. This role will collaborate with a small team of assistants while managing diverse responsibilities ranging from calendar coordination to office management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative experience with a proactive, can-do attitude.

- Responsibilities include providing administrative support to multiple executives; arranging complex travel itineraries; managing calendars to avoid conflicts; preparing expense reports and processing invoices; coordination document execution and storage; handling office management such as kitchen supplies, daily catering, room maintenance; and managing all incoming and outgoing packages.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational abilities with a proactive mindset; comfort handling confidential information; and the willingness to jump in an all projects as needed.
