This role will collaborate with a small team of assistants while managing diverse responsibilities ranging from calendar coordination to office management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative experience with a proactive, can-do attitude.

- Responsibilities include providing administrative support to multiple executives; arranging seamless travel itineraries with proactive planning; managing calendars to eliminate conflicts; preparing expense reports in Concur and processing invoices with full ownership; coordinating document execution and storage; maintaining office operations including kitchen supplies, daily lunch orders and catering; managing production and wellness room supplies; and handling all mail and packages.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; organized with proactive problem-solving abilities; comfort handling confidential information; willingness to be responsive evenings/weekends for time-sensitive matters; ability to remain calm under pressure; keen attention to detail; and a jack-of-all-trades mentality where no task is too big or small.
