Our client, a wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service Assistant to provide essential support in trust administration and client relations! In this role, you’ll manage trust documentation, coordinate client communications, and ensure seamless account operations while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism. The ideal candidate has 2+ year of administrative and/or client service experience in wealth management.

- Responsibilities include serving as a key point of contact for clients; managing documentation and maintaining organized filing systems; opening and closing accounts; tracking deadlines and compliance requirements; preparing and organizing various agreements and documents; maintaining detailed records of account activities; coordination communications and scheduling; and collaborating closely with attorneys and support staff.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience working in a wealth management setting; a poised and professional demeanor when interacting with clients; meticulous attention to detail; and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
