This role involves managing multiple executive calendars, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless office operations. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives.

- Responsibilities include maintaining multiple executive calendars and scheduling appointments; arranging extensive travel logistics for partners and team members; managing expense reporting and reimbursements; coordinating office operations including supply ordering, catering arrangements, and meeting room preparation; providing reception coverage and call management when necessary; and assisting with company events and celebrations.
- The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree with proven administrative expertise; exceptional organizational and time management capabilities; ability to anticipate needs and work independently; strong Microsoft Office proficiency; excellent communication skills; and the flexibility to handle after-hours scheduling requests when needed.
