Our client, a general contracting firm, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee their commercial interior projects from concept to completion! This position requires a result-driven professional who thrives on managing multiple concurrent projects while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Responsibilities include overseeing the complete lifecycle of interior commercial construction projects; developing and implementing comprehensive project schedules that align with client expectations; collaborating with estimating teams to evaluate contract documents and secure subcontractor partnerships; conducting detailed financial reviews to identify and address potential issues proactively; overseeing billing and collections to ensure smooth cash flow; coordinating closely with field superintendents to maintain accurate schedules and involve them in key decisions; and cultivating strong client relationships through regular on-site meetings and consistent communication.
