- Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing warm interactions to ensure client comfort; managing phone systems and directing inquires appropriately; coordinating with building management and external vendors; maintaining office supplies and ensuring a pristine environment; supporting new hires with onboarding processes; handling mail distribution; collaborating with executive assistants on administrative tasks; and taking on special projects as needed.
