Administrative Assistant to $65K – Make Impact Supporting a Dynamic Non-Profit!
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help scale programs and operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage administrative workflows, coordinate logistics, and support communications across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in administration or operations and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Responsibilities include coordinating flight bookings and verifying volunteer hours; managing database records and generating reports; supporting donor stewardship and board communications; preparing meeting agendas and tracking action items; assisting with events, team logistics, and internal workflows; serving as a point of contact for partners and stakeholders; and maintaining organized systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; discretion in handling confidential information; and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
