Operations Specialist to $65K – Shape Seamless Operations and Elevate Sales Success!
Our client, a successful boutique firm, is seeking an Operations Specialist to keep daily operations running smoothly and provide essential support to sales and leadership. In this multifaceted role, you’ll manage administrative tasks, assist with marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless onboarding for new team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

- Responsibilities include supporting leadership with operational tasks and special projects; serving as a resource for agents on systems and tools; coordinating new agent onboarding and technology setup; managing MLS entries and transaction closeouts; assisting with marketing efforts including data pulls and mailing lists; maintaining office supplies and readiness; and compiling sales reports and production statistics for leadership and marketing teams.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency with technology platforms and spreadsheets; excellent attention to detail; ability to learn quickly and provide proactive support; strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
