Our client, a global leader in premium consumer goods, is seeking a Specialty Account Manager to expand market share and strengthen partnership across specialty retail channels. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a portfolio of key accounts, develop strategic business plans, and represent the brand to major trade events. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in national-level specialty retail sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

- Responsibilities include building and executing territory and account-level business plans; driving revenue growth through product presentations, merchandising, and promotional strategies; managing onboarding and lifecycle of specialty accounts; fostering strong relationships with decision-makers and retail partners; leveraging market insights to guide product launches and category expansion; collaborating internally to ensure seamless execution across operations, marketing, and customer support; and representing the brand at trade shows and industry events.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in specialty retail or consumer goods sales; demonstrated success managing and growing B2B accounts; strong understanding of ecommerce and retail dynamics; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; exceptional communication and negotiation skills; and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
