Sales Assistant to $85K – Help Support Marketing and Sales Success!
Our client, a respected insurance services organization, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless sales operations. In this role, you’ll manage marketing materials, coordinate proposals, and assist with presentations while leveraging your creative and organizational skills. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools.

- Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the sales team; preparing marketing packets and renewal letters; managing bid proposals and maintaining calendars; updating CRM systems and contact databases; creating branded templates and presentation materials; and assisting with graphic design projects for marketing collateral.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong written and verbal communication skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva; proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines; attention to detail with a creative mindset; and experience producing high-quality proposals and presentations.
