Our client, a rapidly expanding insurance firm, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to their sales team and drive marketing initiatives. This role blends administrative responsibilities with creative project work, including proposal preparation, social media management, and graphic design. The ideal candidate brings at least 3+ years of administrative experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools.

- Responsibilities include delivering administrative support to the sales team; preparing marketing packets and bid proposals; managing CRM and contact databases; coordinating the bid process and maintaining proposal calendars; assisting with client presentations and branding templates; creating graphics and marketing materials for internal and external use; and supporting occasional social media updates.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; and experience creating and proofing proposals and presentations.
