Our client, a global leader in consumer goods, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to ensure seamless order processing and deliver exceptional support across sales and operations. In this role, you’ll manage order flow, onboard new accounts, and strengthen relationships with key partners while driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience is sales operations and thrives in a collaborative environment.

- Responsibilities include processing and monitoring sales orders with accuracy; coordinating onboarding for new accounts and ensuring compliance; managing EDI setup and troubleshooting issues; handling warranty claims and providing responsive customer support; generating reports and maintaining dashboards to inform business decisions; collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment; and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in sales operations or account support; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and EDI platforms; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities; and adaptability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings.
