Customer Service Team Lead to $85K – Lead with Technical Expertise!
Our client, a global leader in industrial solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to provide technical guidance and elevate customer service operations. In this role, you’ll act as the go-to resource for complex inquiries, coach team members, and ensure seamless support for a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and a strong ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate quotations; serving as the escalation point for technical and customer issues; coaching and mentoring team members to strengthen product knowledge and service quality; collaborating with sales and distribution partners to support opportunities; maintaining CRM and ERP data integrity; and driving process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting; strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain engineered products; proven ability to lead informally and support team development; proficiency with CRM and ERP systems; excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
