Our client, a leading investment advisory organization, is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional front-of-house support and ensure seamless office operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage reception duties, coordinate meetings, and assist with administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of corporate or hospitality experience, a polished, professional demeanor, and a proactive mindset.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system; greeting and assisting guests with professionalism; maintaining organized and presentable reception and conference areas; coordinating meeting schedules and video conferencing logistics; managing mail and package distribution; placing catering orders and maintaining office supply inventory; liaising with vendors and building engineers for repairs and maintenance; assisting with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting; and supporting onboarding for new team members.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team; a proactive, solution-oriented approach; and discretion in handling confidential information.
