In this role, you’ll coordinate property‑related operations, manage scheduling and logistics, and ensure seamless backup support to a broader assistant team. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative experience and thrives in roles that require discretion, organization, and adaptability.

Degree: Preferred - Responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance and vendor activities; organizing documentation, invoices, and service records; supporting payments, insurance tracking, and contract renewals; managing calendars and travel for both personal and business needs; preparing expenses and assisting with meeting logistics; handling confidential communication; running personal errands and assisting with special projects; and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
