Our client, a leading private investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to a robust team. This role blends classic executive support with event coordination and project-based work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of administrative experience, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to partnering with fellow EAs.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA

- Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and scheduling priorities for multiple leaders; preparing and tracking expense reports; supporting internal and external meetings and events; coordinating domestic and international travel logistics; creating and maintaining documents in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; organizing executive dinners, office gatherings, and conferences; and providing light personal support including reservations, mailings, and occasional tasks as needed.
- The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of administrative experience in corporate or fast‑paced environments; strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with a broad range of personalities; high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask; a proactive mindset with comfort navigating shifting priorities; and a collaborative, low‑ego work style that contributes to a positive team culture.
