- Responsibilities include managing calendars and coordinating expenses for multiple professionals; arranging domestic and international travel with comprehensive itineraries; serving as a key point of contact while team members are in transit; organizing meetings, event logistics, vendor coordination, and room setups; preparing materials and overseeing audiovisual needs; supporting firmwide events and initiatives; collaborating closely with administrative peers to ensure consistent coverage; and completing ad hoc project and administrative tasks as requested.
- The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years supporting executives or teams in professional environments; experience within financial or professional services; strong ability to juggle shifting priorities with accuracy; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; sound judgment, discretion, and initiative; a positive, team‑oriented approach; and clear, confident communication skills across stakeholders.
