Account Manager to $85K – Service Oriented Role!
Our client, a growing insurance and risk‑management organization, is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this role, you’ll handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting smooth underwriting workflows. The ideal candidate brings at least 3+ years of commercial lines experience along with strong analytical and communication skills.

- Responsibilities include managing servicing for assigned commercial accounts including new business, renewals, and endorsements; preparing proposals, quotations, and account documentation; reviewing incoming applications and coordinating any missing information; responding promptly to client inquiries and ensuring issues are resolved within service standards; reconciling audit discrepancies and following internal procedures; maintaining accurate renewal schedules and processing renewals on time; and completing invoicing, credit reconciliation, and follow‑up on outstanding items.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in a commercial lines department; strong communication and analytical skills; the ability to evaluate account acceptability and manage competing priorities; proficiency with computer systems including Word, Excel, and AMS360; a State Producer’s License; and knowledge of key commercial insurance products such as EPL, EBL, D&O, and bonding.
