Service Manager to $95K – Support Service Operations!
Our client, a property management firm, is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery. In this role, you will manage a team, streamline procedures, and support scheduling, training, and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of managerial experience and strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Responsibilities include managing daily maintenance activities and supporting a team of supervisors; maintaining preventative maintenance standards and operating procedures; coordinating schedules, logistics, staffing needs, and on‑call rotations; overseeing inventory tracking and reporting; assisting with training, onboarding, and documentation; responding to operational escalations and ensuring timely completion of service requests; and partnering with internal teams to translate operational needs into actionable tasks.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of management experience within residential maintenance or field operations; strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; excellent communication abilities when working with staff, vendors, and internal partners; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as Service Management software; and sound judgment when making operational decisions.
