In this role, you’ll streamline the executive’s personal and financial workflows, handling everything from bill payments and investment tracking to household coordination and travel readiness. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on executive and personal assistant experience and thrives as the steady, detail‑focused partner who quietly keeps everything running.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include orchestrating personal and business calendars and ensuring seamless planning; managing bill pay, check writing, and financial tracking across various accounts; coordinating with the family office on documents, records, and investment details; overseeing household vendors, maintenance needs, and property‑related logistics; preparing the executive for upcoming travel and stepping in on occasional weekend needs related to itineraries; and maintaining organized systems that keep commitments, documents, and priorities clear.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of EA/PA experience supporting a high‑demand leader; strong organizational skills with comfort managing financial or household‑flow tasks; exceptional discretion and a calm, trustworthy presence; the ability to work independently in a quiet office setting; and flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities.
